Q: What’s your mantra for 2018?
A: Be consistent! With nutrition, exercise, or in business, consistency is the only way to success. It’s not about being perfect in the short-term, it’s about creating sustainable habits in the long-term.
Q: What project are you working on that you’re excited about?
A: I’m currently creating an online course to guide and support women to improve their digestion. Helping them de-bloat, lose the weight, clear up their skin, and feel the most energized they’ve ever felt! It’s exciting for me to be able to put what I’ve learned from working 1-on-1 with clients into a program that will be able to reach and support women all over the world.
Q: What does your self-care routine look like and what would you like it to look like this year?
A: My self-care routine is always changing, but currently spending a lot of time at the infrared sauna, getting massages, and taking sunset walks. I would like to spend more time traveling, digital-detoxing, and reading.
Q: How do you incorporate Omica into your daily routine & what recipe are you excited to make in 2018?
A: I use Omica’s butterscotch stevia in my matcha every morning, and I always have a bottle in my purse, just in case! Obsession is an understatement. As we move into the summer season, I’ve been craving more smoothies, and love to use Omica’s stevia in those, especially in the higher fat, lower fruit ones!
