Meet Steven Warren, this week’s #MagnificentMonday feature!
I’ve been on this health journey for just over 2 years now. When I started I had an extra 20lbs of fat on me, mood-swings, low energy, & knew that there was something better out there. I was tired of NOT getting results in my health. I was doing chronic cardio at 6am every day, eating “whole grains”, 5-6 meals a day, all the things I thought I was supposed to be doing and thought “wow, how am I still not getting anywhere” – then I got introduced to a ketogenic eating template. That wasn’t the end-all for me, but it did open the right doors for me which lead to completely new levels of consciousness, awareness, & performance. 2 years later, I’m operating at levels I never thought I could and absolutely loving life. For me, spending a few extra dollars and time to optimize my life has given me such a high return on every other area of my life. My business went up, my relationships went up, my parenting skills went up, my thought processes went up, my spirit went up, all because I decided to implement protocols that lifted ME up. Currently, I’m still running my business and being a dad. I don’t do any coaching nor plan on it right now – I just simply love sharing with people what has (and hasn’t) worked for me on this journey. I pray we all elevate together!
Q: What’s your mantra for 2018?
A: Wow, great question. Hadn’t thought about that 6 months ago – so I’ll give a mantra for the REST of 2018. “How would your best, highest self show up in this situation?…. Now be that”
Q: What project are you working on that you’re excited about?
A: Currently PUMPED about creating weekly video content on YouTube where I share what protocols I’m doing that have helped me gain my life back!
Q: What does your self-care routine look like and what would you like it to look like this year?
A: My self-care routine starts with mineral rich water as soon as I wake up, at least 30 minutes of full-body sunbathing and Earthing, meditation, a quick aerobic workout, and cold shower followed by coconut oil & Omica Botanica Mist to re-lubricate my body. By then, I feel I’ve taken care of my body and charged it so I can power through the day!
Q: How do you incorporate Omica into your daily routine & what recipe are you excited to make in 2018?
A: I always break my daily fasts with my favorite Omica product, Shilajit powder! I blend it into my coffee along with a MCT oil and grass-fed butter. The feeling I get when I have Shilajit in that mix is unexplainable! Talk about a complete sense of AMAZEMENT & AWAKENING. I also use the lavender/rose Botanica Mist after every shower (with an Omica shower filter, of course ????)! Complete revitalization! I look forward to making raw shilajit chocolate.
