This week we are featuring Taty Alencar, who is an eco-chef, educator and media influencer in Raw, Living and Vegan food. She’s also a natural cosmetics alchemist, YouTuber at “Taty Alencar” and Vibrational Mandalas and Art artist. Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Taty currently lives in Los Angeles, where she sensed a call to spread her gifts and talents.
Q: What’s your mantra for 2018?
A: I expand exponentially in all areas of my life.
Q: What project are you working on that you’re excited about?
A: I’m currently focused on sharing with the world my knowledge and tips on Raw, Living, Vegan and Organic food and philosophy. I believe it is the way to turn this culinary inclusive and accessible to all.
Beyond being a natural and sustainable source of food, it promotes physical benefits, connects ourselves with our inner-essence, and shows proof that it is possible to eat healthy, do the right thing, and yet have a pleasureful experience.
Q: What does your self-care routine look like and what would you like it to look like this year?
A: My daily routine consists of leaving the minimal possible footprint on the planet. I consume natural and organic products as much as possible (unfortunately, sometimes they aren’t even available). And that goes to all areas of my life, from what I eat, to what I “feed” my skin, to what I wear. What I believe is that I shouldn’t pollute my inner world neither my outer world. This year I wish my thoughts, words and actions, to be even more in alignment with the truth. To me, this is the way to be the change I want to see in the world.
Q: How do you incorporate Omica into your daily routine & what recipe are you excited to make in 2018?
A: I simply love Omica’s stevia! It is the best out of all the stevia’s I’ve tried – which are many. The company’s concept are totally in alignment with what I believe to be a real food: natural, organic and tasteful (or pleasureful). I’m super excited to make Raw, Living, Vegan & Low-carb Granolas using my favorite stevia!
