Directions
Take 1/8 teaspoon once daily or as directed by your practitioner. May be taken direct or mixed with milk or any beverage.

I’ve been using shilajit for years now, always the Omica brand. I didn’t realize they had this black resin shilajit until last year. I use it daily in my Chinese tonic herbal teas. The regular powder for whatever reason does not taste as good as this black resin/paste. I was pleasantly surprised. It also means that I can add more of it to my teas to get a higher dose and it still tastes good. It gives my tea a very nice earthy taste, and combined with Omica liquid stevia it’s fantastic. It definitely is a potentiater when mixed with other herbs. I can feel the herbs going into the meridians more when I have shilajit in the tea. Thank You Omica Organics!

Helps me relax at night when added to my tea, and gives me energy during the day when taken in the mornings. The taste gets a little getting used to. I enjoy it now but my wife still has a hard time with the flavor. We love the feeling and effects we’ve gained from it.

I love that it’s not purchased on the open market, and the company controls the process, that they use a low-heating process to keep it raw and protect the enzymes (I called to company to verify), and that it’s a water extract rather than chemically extracted (maybe this is why the aroma wasn’t too strong). The new smaller bag is nice; I want to give some to a couple of my friends and this way I can afford to give them their own bag. I recommend this shilajit.

This is good quality shilajit. The colour is rich and dark. The taste was strange at first but is not unpleasant especially considering the health benefits. The glass jar is beautiful and a nice way of storing the shilajit. Very convenient to take every day. The good thing about shilajit is you don’t need to take a lot. I take twice a day with a little water. This gives me everything I need. 4oz will last a long time. Very good value.
