1st Cartridge: GAC with KDF (inline)
Removes larger particles suspended in water such as sand, dirt, rust and colloids.
The zinc & copper in KDF help with pathogens and heavy metals.
2nd & 3rd Cartridges: GAC (inline)
Two more stages of GAC filter out chlorine, VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds: Benzene, Chloroform, Haloketones, Xylenes), particulates, odor and turbidity.
4th Cartridge: RO Membrane
Reverse Osmosis (RO) removes bacteria, viruses, antibiotics, heavy metals, dissolved matter, and salinity.
5th Cartridge: Mineralizer (inline)
Re-introduces ionized minerals, including Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium, and activates the water. Proprietary Shungite and Zeolite remove acids and radioactive particles. Improves taste and vitality properties to water.
6th Cartridge: GAC (inline)
As a “finisher”: This final stage purification & activation step and further improves taste.
