Suggested Use

Tub Bath:
Dissolve 1-3 cups in bath. For an additionally therapeutic bath, add in 1 cup of aluminum-free baking soda. Soak 20-30 minutes; rinse and pat dry.

Foot Bath:
Dissolve 1 cup in 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes.

Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
