What is Shilajit and why is yours special? Shilajit is an ancient Ayurvedic resin rich in fulvic acid and 85+ trace minerals. Our High Himalayan Shilajit is hand-harvested from peaks above 16,000 feet, ensuring maximum purity and potency. Unlike powdered versions, our authentic resin form retains the full spectrum of bioactive compounds.
What are fulvic minerals and how do they work? Fulvic acid delivers minerals directly. Our SuperIonic™ Fulvic Minerals combine concentrated fulvic acid with 70+ ancient ocean-derived trace minerals in their most bioavailable ionic form.
WATER FILTRATION & SHOWER FILTERS
Why do I need a shower filter? Chlorine and other chemicals in tap water can dry out your skin and hair, strip natural oils, and be absorbed through your skin during hot showers. Our shower filtration systems remove chlorine, heavy metals, and contaminants, giving you spa-quality water that's gentler on your hair.
How often do I need to replace my shower filter cartridge? Filter cartridge lifespan depends on your water quality and usage, but typically lasts 6-12 months or approximately 10,000-15,000 gallons.
Will a shower filter reduce water pressure? Our high-quality shower filters are designed to maintain strong water pressure while effectively filtering contaminants. You should notice little to no difference in pressure.
Do your filters remove fluoride? Our standard shower filters primarily target chlorine, heavy metals, and sediment. For fluoride removal, please check individual product specifications or contact us for recommendations.
Can I install the shower filter myself? Yes! Our shower filters are designed for easy DIY installation. Simply unscrew your existing showerhead, attach the filter, and reattach the showerhead. No tools or plumbing experience required—installation takes just minutes.

Are your botanical products safe for sensitive skin? Yes! Our botanical products use pure, biodynamic ingredients without synthetic fragrances, alcohol, or harsh additives. However, we always recommend patch testing if you have very sensitive skin or known allergies.
What does "biodynamic" mean? Biodynamic is a holistic, regenerative farming approach that goes beyond organic certification. It treats the farm as a living ecosystem, using lunar cycles and natural preparations to enhance plant vitality and soil health. The result is exceptionally pure, potent botanicals.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for return authorization.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
USAGE & DOSAGE
How do I use Shilajit paste? Dissolve a rice-grain to pea-sized portion (300-500mg) in warm water, tea, or milk once or twice daily. Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase. Best taken in the morning or early afternoon.
How do I take SuperIonic™ Fulvic Minerals? Add 1-2 tablespoons to water, juice, or smoothies daily. For best absorption, take on an empty stomach, ideally 15-30 minutes before meals.
Can I take multiple Omica products together? Yes, our products are designed to complement each other. However, if you're taking medications or have health conditions, consult your healthcare provider before combining supplements.
