Suggested Use

Work a small amount of Omica Organics concentrated, plant-based shampoo into your roots. Rinse thoroughly.

Apply Omica Organics concentrated, plant-based conditioner (do not forget the ends) and rinse with cooler water. (not as warm as what you used with the shampoo)
