As a daily dietary supplement, take ¼ to ¾ tsp (1.25 to 3.75 mL) diluted daily. You may want to start with a smaller dosage and increase as needed. You may also want to use smaller servings dispersed throughout the day. Or as directed by your doctor.

To re-mineralize, activate and improve the flavor of water (reverse osmosis or purified), add 7-20 drops per gallon of water.
